Also has over 12 years of personal training experience at top gyms such as Crunch Fitness, LA Fitness, Results Fitness, The Park At Vinings, Fitness Together, OPT Wellness & Fitness and countless office and home gyms. The opportunity to train and manage at a multitude of gyms and fitness centers also nurtured a passion for purposeful and effective home and office gym design.
